The short version: BLOCKSHOT is a free game. Be at least 13, pick a name that isn't awful, don't cheat, and understand that points and cosmetics are game stuff — not money. That's most of it. The details are below.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to play BLOCKSHOT. If you're under the age where you can agree to terms like these on your own in your country, ask a parent or guardian to read this with you.

2. Your account

You don't sign up to play. The first time you connect, the game creates an anonymous device identity for you, and you can optionally claim a username later. Your account is tied to your device token — keep your device secure, because whoever has the token has the account. If you later link an email or sign-in provider, the same account and stats carry over.

3. Points and cosmetics

Points are a virtual currency. You earn them by playing and spend them in the shop. They have no monetary value, can't be cashed out, transferred, or sold, and we may adjust or reset balances — for example to fix bugs, rebalance the economy, or undo cheating.
Cosmetics are licenses, not property. When you unlock or buy a skin or tracer, you get a license to use it in BLOCKSHOT for as long as the game runs and your account is in good standing. You don't own it and you can't resell it.

4. Fair play

BLOCKSHOT is only fun when it's fair. Aimbots, automation, exploits, and similar tricks are not allowed. The full policy — including how the server-authoritative design works and what happens to cheaters — is on the Fair Play page, and it is part of these terms.

5. Conduct

Usernames, room names, and anything else other players can see must not be hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or impersonate someone else. We may rename, reset, or remove content that breaks this rule, and repeat offenders may be banned.

6. The service, as-is

BLOCKSHOT is free and provided "as is." We work hard to keep it up, but we don't guarantee availability, uptime, or that your stats, points, or cosmetics will exist forever. Servers may go down for maintenance, matches may be cancelled, and the game may change or shut down. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the game.

7. Enforcement

We may suspend or ban accounts and devices that cheat, abuse other players, or break these terms — including removing you from matches mid-game and resetting points earned unfairly. We try to be proportionate, but for a free game the final call is ours.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game evolves. When we make meaningful changes we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, note it in-game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
